Clay Brick Tunnel Kiln
The tunnel kiln is equipped with a smoke exhaust system, circulating system, waste heat recovery system, cooling system and pressure balancing system.
It features large cross-section, high output, small temperature difference across the section and excellent thermal insulation performance.
In addition, an automatic kiln control system is adopted to maintain stable firing thermal parameters, thus ensuring high-quality sintering of bricks.
Automatic Brick Factory Tunnel Kiln Project
This tunnel kiln is equipped with smoke exhaust system, recycling system, waste heat recovery system, cooling system and pressure balancing system.
It features large cross-section, high capacity, uniform temperature distribution and excellent heat insulation effect.
With an automatic control system, it maintains stable firing parameters and ensures consistent and high-quality brick production.
Tunnel Kiln Structure
The preheating zone and cooling zone (temperature below 200°C) are lined with red bricks.
The firing zone and the inner wall of the insulation zone are lined with clay refractory bricks, while clay insulating bricks are used in the insulation layer.
High-temperature refractory fiber felt (for areas above 600°C) or rock wool felt is used for filling, with red bricks for the external wall.
For the kiln roof:
Cast-in-place concrete slabs are used at the low-temperature sections on both sides.
Other parts adopt clay refractory panels suspended from H-beams.
A composite insulation layer consisting of high-aluminum cotton, refractory fiber felt, rock wool felt and rock wool board is installed on the refractory panels.
High-aluminum fiber and high-temperature binder are used to seal gaps between roof panels and coat the insulation layer, ensuring tight sealing and structural durability.
